Embracing New Heights: The Journey as an Internal Quality Assurance Coordinator

 As I step into my role as the Internal Quality Assurance Coordinator at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science Perinthalmanna, I am met with excitement and anticipation. The path ahead is undoubtedly challenging, but precisely this challenge fuels my determination and passion for contributing to the college's academic excellence.

Taking charge of internal quality assurance comes with multifaceted challenges. Ensuring that the college maintains and enhances its standards, aligns with accreditation requirements, and continually improves its educational offerings requires diligent attention to detail. Balancing these responsibilities alongside the dynamic nature of academia and evolving regulations can be intricate, but I am committed to turning these challenges into opportunities.

As an educator who has always championed innovation and change, I see my role as an opportunity to inspire the faculty, staff, and students to embrace new methodologies and ideas. It's not just about maintaining the status quo; it's about exploring fresh approaches that elevate our institution to new levels of excellence. ഇനി എത്ര ദൂരം

 ഞങ്ങൾ കൂട്ടുകുടുംബം ആയിട്ടാണ്  ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ഇടക്കെപ്പോഴോ ചിലർ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയിരുന്നു. പോയവരാരും പിന്നീട് തിരിച്ചുവന്നില്ല. എല്ലാവരുടെയും മുഖത്ത് ഒരുപോലെ സന്തോഷവും സങ്കടവും കാണാമായിരുന്നു. എല്ലാവരെയും കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ ആരൊക്കെയോ വരുമായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ കേട്ട മുത്തശ്ശിക്കഥകൾ സത്യമായി പുലർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. ഒരിക്കൽ ഞാനും ഇറങ്ങേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് എന്നെ കൂട്ടാനും ആളു വരും എന്ന്. കുറച്ചു നേരത്തേക്കെങ്കിലും  എന്നെ പൊന്നുപോലെ നോക്കും എന്ന്. എങ്കിലും എനിക്ക് ആശങ്കയില്ലാതില്ല ! പോയവർ ആരും ഇതുവരെ തിരിച്ചു വന്നില്ല. പിന്നീട് ഉറക്കമില്ലാ രാത്രികൾ ആയി  ഉറക്കത്തിൽ എങ്ങാനും പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടു പോയാലോ... നിലാവുള്ള ഒരു രാത്രിയിൽ ഒരു കാൽപെരുമാറ്റം ആരൊക്കെയോ എന്നെ തിരയുന്നു. തലമുതിർന്ന ആരോ ചൊല്ലി:  "ഇന്ന് നിന്നെ കൂട്ടാൻ ആളു വരും ". ഞാൻ ഇല്ലെന്ന് ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളി ചെങ്കിലും ആരും ചെവിക്കൊണ്ടില്ല. അവസാനം....  സുഗന്ധപൂരിതമായ കൈകളിൽ ഞാൻ എത്തപ്പെട്ടു. അയാളുടെ തലോടൽ ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ചു. പലതും ചോദിക്കാൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും  ഒന്നിനും സാധിച്ചില്ല. എങ്കിലും കൂടെ പോയി. കാലം കടന്നു പോയി അയാൾ ഉറക്കത്തിലേ...
