It's Okay to be Not Okay

If it's your strongest match,

You leave it over there,

It might be even more heartbreaking.

She wasn't strong enough to endure it...

Sitting close to the windowpane,

She feels the wind leaping through the open window, wiping her tears,

But it also freezes her in its track along...

Approaching each station

Burned her long and hard,

Reminding her of the fact that she is getting farther away from her beloved...

Everything and everyone around her

Seems to be free from all worries,

Because they are not missing anyone.

She hears all the chaos and cheers,

A kin enjoying every little bit of their journey,

Because they are all with their loved ones...

She again, as always, thought about why

The Almighty parts them so often.

Each minute feels like hours

When she is apart from him.

Looking at each soul there, she feels like

They are waiting for someone else, or

Maybe someone is awaiting them somewhere.

She remembered the way he mocked her

When she talked about her dream

Of being greeted with flowers,

The way she walks holding his fingers,

Like a lass along with her papa,

Putting forward some strange challenges...

Placing a tick on her bucket list,

Watching the sun bid goodbye

By changing the sky in hues with him,

Moreover, her childish behavior,

Acting like a kid not knowing

What to do or where to go,

Around him keeps her up.

In the end, holding all her chapters

With him close to her heart,

She says to herself,

It's okay to be not okay
