  In the fast-paced world we live in, our minds are constantly occupied with responsibilities, deadlines, and the pressures of daily life. Amidst the chaos, there exists a simple yet powerful activity that often goes unnoticed—daydreaming. While many associate daydreaming with idle distraction, it can actually play a crucial role in goal achievement and personal growth. Taking a few moments to daydream, even in a busy schedule, can provide a much-needed mental retreat. It allows the mind to momentarily escape stress, offering a sense of relaxation and reducing life’s pressures, if only by a small percentage. Though the dreams may sometimes be about seemingly impossible things, they provide joy in the moment and offer a sense of hope and direction. Daydreaming serves as a way to visualize success, allowing one to mentally place themselves in a future where their goals are already achieved.   ആധുനികകാലത്ത് ഏറ്റവും ജനപ്രിയ കലയായി വികാസം കൊണ്ടത് സിനിമയാണ്. വെള്ളിത്തിരയിലെ വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ജീവിത ചിത്രീകരണങ്ങളിലൂടെ സിനിമ ജീവിതത്തിൻറെ തന്നെ ഭാഗമായി . മാനവ ജീവിതത്തെ കാല്പനികമായും യഥാർത്ഥമായും പ്രതീകാത്മകമായും പ്രതിഫലിപ്പിക്കുന്ന സിനിമകളുണ്ടായി. അതെല്ലാം പ്രേക്ഷകർ ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു , എന്നാൽ അടുത്തകാലത്ത് മലയാളത്തിലൂം, മറ്റ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭാഷകളിലുമെല്ലാം പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ചില ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിനെ വിഭ്രാന്തമാക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്തതെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ അധികമാവില്ല. ഈ ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളുടെയെല്ലാം ആസ്വാദകർ യുവാക്കളും കൗമാരക്കാരും ആണെന്ന് നാം മറന്നുപോകുന്നു. അക്രമ വാസനകളുടെയും അക്രമ സംഭവങ്ങളുടെയും കാരണങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്ന് ഇത്തരം ദൃശ്യാനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ സ്വാധീനമാണ് എന്ന് പൊതുവെ വിലയിരുത്തപ്പെടുന്നതിൽ വാസ്തവമുണ്ട്. മലയാളത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വയലൻസ് ഉള്ള ചലച്ചിത്രം എന്ന അവകാശവാദവുമായി വന്ന ചലച്ചിത്രം വൻ പ്രദർശന വിജയം നേടുക യുണ്ടായി .       എന്തിനാണ് അളവിൽ കവിഞ്ഞ അക്രമം കാണിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന ചോദ്യം ഇവിടെയാണ് ഉയരുന്നത് . പുതിയ ...

As we celebrate International Women's  Day on March 8th, I am reminded of the countless women who have inspired me throughout my journey as a teacher. Women who have defied conventions, pushed boundaries, and paved the way for future generations. As I sit here, reflecting on my life's journey, I am reminded of the countless times I've been told to "settle down" and "be realistic." But what does it mean to settle down, anyway? Is it about conforming to societal expectations or is it about chasing your dreams, no matter how impossible they may seem?
