Strong and Peaceful

 As you know our body and mind are interconnected , having a healthy body helps us to do our chores more efficiently. Nowadays it is becoming more and more difficult to be healthy as the temptations are influencing us. Let's start with the simple tasks and build a routine.One interesting fact is that we have a variety of exercises to opt for such as walking, dancing, jogging, jumping etc 

These are some of the Simple exercises we can Perform from our home itself. Gentle walking is good for our stomach while running can improve your vital capacity ,dancing makes us flexible and relax after a stressful day today. Jogging strengthens bones and endurance building .Jumping activities like jumping jacks is considered as one of the aerobic activities which help us improve our abs.

Other types exercise include yoga, aerobics, martial arts, swimming etc which can be followed to achieve your dream body . Yet at some point in our life we will realize appearance is not everything to look for in a person . Personality and behaviour are also essential in making a whole person. Thus the point is appearance reflects the way the rest of the world perceives us.

Even though we know everything about these facts there still exists some ‘pause’ or a ‘doubt’ in putting these ideas in our day to day life . This leads us to the matter of habits we follow. A habit is a series of activities that we do on a daily basis, which eventually becomes part of our lifestyle.nSo we have to integrate good habits into our lifestyle for keeping it continuous in our life. A habit takes to form at least 1 month time and lifestyle can be formed in 3 months time.we can follow some tips and advice in acquiring our goals.

▶ Start and complete what you planned on that day itself.

▶ Choose a particular time of the day to do your work.

▶ Look for the reasons or cues which make you distracted from your activities. 

  Another thing to keep in mind is eating healthy food. The energy to workout and having a peaceful mind comes from what we eat . Nutritious protein, fibre and minerals should be included in our diet. As these become a habit they will drastically change your life.

 These are some of the ways to make our body healthier but remember we have to take care of our body when it is tired and fatigued. To conclude, a bad habit can only be replaced by another habit ( good or bad ). Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
