 'മറ്റുള്ളവർ എന്തു വിചാരിക്കും ' എന്നൊരു ചോദ്യചിഹ്നത്തിലാണ് നമ്മളിൽ പലരുടെയും ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളും സന്തോഷങ്ങളും സ്വപ്നങ്ങളും ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുന്നത്..ദിവസവും മിനിമം രണ്ട് തവണയെങ്കിലും നമ്മളിൽ പലരും ഇങ്ങനെ ചിന്തിക്കാറുണ്ടാവും. പലരും നേരിടുന്ന പ്രശ്നമാണ് ഏതുകാര്യത്തിലും മറ്റുള്ളവർ എന്ത് വിചാരിക്കും എന്ന ചിന്ത. സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ കണ്ണ് തന്റെ മേലുണ്ടെന്ന ചിന്ത അമിതമായാൽ, അത് പല മാനസിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങളിലേക്കും വഴിതെളിക്കും. മറ്റുള്ളവർ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചോ എന്റെ കുടുംബത്തെക്കുറിച്ചോ ഒരു കുറ്റവും പറയരുതെന്നുള്ള നിർബന്ധ ബുദ്ധി ഒട്ടും തന്നെ പ്രായോ​ഗികമല്ല.സ്വന്തം ജീവിതം കൊണ്ട് മറ്റുള്ളവരെ തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്താൻ ശ്രമിച്ചാൽ നമ്മുടെ പല ഇഷ്ടങ്ങളും മാറ്റിവെക്കേണ്ടി വരും. നമ്മളെക്കുറിച്ച് മറ്റുള്ളവർ എന്ത് വിചാരിക്കുന്നു എന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ഉത്കണ്ഠപ്പെടുന്നതിന് പുറകിൽ എന്തെല്ലാം സംഭവിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നു വാസ്തവത്തിൽ നമ്മൾ അറിയാറുണ്ടോ ? അതോ അത് നമ്മൾ സങ്കല്പിക്കുന്നത് മാത്രമാണോ? ആണെങ്കിൽ…അങ്ങിനെ സങ്കൽപ്പിക്കുന്നത് നിർത്തണ്ടേ.? ആരെങ്കിലും നമ്മളെളെപ്പറ്റി എന്തെങ്കിലും വിചാരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് അവരുടെ പ്രശ്നമാണ്; നമ്മുടെടേതല്ല. അവരുട

രാഷ്ട്രീയമില്ലാത്തവനും കിട്ടി, ഇല്ലാത്ത രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ ജീവന് പൊലിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ രക്തസാക്ഷിത്വം.. പകലിന്റെ വെളിച്ചതിൽ ആളെ തിരിയുമെന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണത്ത്രെ കൊലക്കത്തികൾ രാത്രിയുടെ ഇരുട്ടിനെ കൂട്ടു പ്രതിയാക്കിയത്...  അവസാന ശ്വാസം നിലക്കുംവരെ അവർ തിരഞ്ഞത് മരണപ്പെടേണ്ട കാരണത്തെയാണത്രെ..  എന്തിനെന്നറിയാതെ വെട്ടികീറപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ അവരെ പുതക്കാൻ പല വർണ്ണകൊടികൾ മത്സരിച്ചത്രെ..  മുദ്രാവാക്യങ്ങളുടെ അകമ്പടിയിൽ അവസാനയാത്രയിൽ പതിനായിരങ്ങൾ പുഷ്പാർച്ചന നടത്തിയത്രെ..  ജിവന്റെ ജിവനാവരുടെ ആത്മാർത്ഥമായ കരച്ചിലുകൾ മാത്രമാണത്രെ രംഗത്തെ അലോസരപ്പെടുത്തിയത് പിന്നെ പിന്നെ വർഷാ വർഷം അനുസ്മരണങ്ങളുടെ കൊട്ടിയാഘോഷങ്ങൾ.. സ്മാരക മന്ദിരങ്ങൾ.. അങ്ങനെ അങ്ങനെ...  ആത്മാക്കളുടെ ലോകത്തെ വൈകുന്നേര ചർച്ചയിൽ അവർ പരസ്പരം പറഞ്ഞു വത്രെ..  "മരണമായാൽ ഇത് പോലെ വേണം..  എന്താ ഒരു ഗറ്റപ്പ്.."  Irshad.   മലയാളികൾക്കിടയിൽ മയക്കുമരുന്നിന്റെ ഉപയോഗം കൂടിവരുന്നു എന്നാണ് സമീപകാല വാർത്തകൾ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.   മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ ചെലുത്തുന്ന സ്വാധീനം, പല വിധത്തിലുള്ള മയക്കുമരുന്നുകളുടെ ലഭ്യത, കുട്ടികൾക്കും യുവാക്കൾക്കും ഇടയിൽ ഇതിന്റെ ഉപയോഗത്തേക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അവബോധമില്ലായ്മ എന്നീ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് മനസ്സിലാകുന്നത്, ലഹരി വസ്തുക്കൾക്ക് വലിയ പ്രത്യാഘാതങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ കഴിയും എന്നാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ ചർച്ചകളും നടപടികളും ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടത് കാലഘട്ടത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യകതയാണ്.   ലഹരി നമ്മുടെ ശരീരത്തിൽ എങ്ങനെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു? മയക്കുമരുന്നും മറ്റു ലഹരി പദാർത്ഥങ്ങളും തലച്ചോറിൽ എങ്ങനെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് നോക്കാം. കോടിക്കണക്കിനു ന്യൂറോൺ കോശങ്ങൾ ചേർന്ന തലച്ചോർ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത് ന്യൂറോട്രാൻസ്‌മിറ്റർ എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്ന രാസവസ്തുക്കൾ കോശങ്ങൾക്കിടയിലൂടെ പ്രവഹിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ്. ഡോപമിൻ, സെറോറ്റോണിൻ, ഓക്സിട്ടോസിൻ, എൻഡോർഫിൻ എന്നീ പ്രധാന രാസവസ്തുക്കൾ കൂടാതെ മറ്റു ഹോർമോണുകളും തലച്ചോറിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനത്തെ നിയന്തിക്കുന്നു. വിശപ്പ്, ദാഹം, സന്തോഷം, സംതൃപ്തി, ഭയം, സംശയം, ഉത്സാഹം, കൗതുകം എന്നിങ്ങനെ എല്ലാ വികാരങ്ങളും തലച്ചോറിൽ സൃഷ

ഭാഗം 1 ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണ ശേഷമുള്ള പിരിയഡിലേക്ക് ധ്രുതഗതിയിൽ പോകുന്ന അധ്യാപകൻ. ഗോവണി കയറിയാണ് ക്ലാസ്സിലെത്തേണ്ടത്. അപ്പോഴതാ ഏകദേശം അഞ്ചാം സ്റ്റെപ്പിൽ നിറയെ ഭക്ഷണാവശിഷ്ടങ്ങൾ. ഇത് കണ്ട അധ്യാപകൻ ആകെ അങ്കലാപ്പിലായി. ക്ലാസിൽ പോകണോ അതോ ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്യണോ? പ്രശ്നമാണ് മുന്നിൽ പരിഹാരം വേണം. ഒന്നും ആലോചിച്ചില്ല. പെട്ടെന്ന് അടുത്ത ക്ലാസിലെ മുറവും ചൂലും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച് സംഗതി ഉഷാറാക്കി. എല്ലാം വൃത്തിയാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞ് വരുമ്പോൾ അകലെ നിന്നെല്ലാം വീക്ഷിച്ച രക്ഷിതാവ് അധ്യാപകനൊരു മാർക്കിട്ടു. ഒപ്പം സ്കൂളിനും. ഭാഗം 2 ക്ലാസ് ആരംഭിച്ചപ്പഴേ അമ്മുക്കുട്ടിയുടെ അസ്വസ്തകൾ അധ്യാപകൻ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചിരിന്നു. പാഠം ഫുൾസ്റ്റോപ്പിലെത്തിയിട്ടു വേണം കാര്യമന്വേഷിക്കാൻ എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചപ്പോഴേക്കും സംഗതി കൈവിട്ടു. കഴിച്ച ഭക്ഷണം ഇരട്ടി സ്പീഡിൽ തിരിച്ചു വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. സന്തോഷത്തൊടെ കളിപ്പാട്ടങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങിത്തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് കൈവീശി തിരിച്ച് വന്ന അച്ചനോടുള്ള ദേഷ്യത്തേക്കാൾ വലുതായിരിന്നു ഭക്ഷണത്തോട്. ഒരു പാത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ് അകത്താക്കിയത്. പക്ഷെ പുറത്ത് വന്നപ്പോൾ ബെഞ്ചിലും, ഡെസ്കിലും, നിലത്തും കൂടാതെ കളർഫുൾ ഡ്രസ്സിലും. അടുത്തുള്ളവരെല്ലാം അകലേക്ക് നീങ്ങി. എന

On social media, a video of a teacher and a student of an elementary school has gone viral. It takes the viewer to a classroom where a little boy is trying to win his teacher’s care because she chides him for his mischief. However, finally, the little boy is found to win his mentor’s heart. This video created ripples in my memory taking me back to my days working in a CBSE school, long back in 2005. The first few days were horrible as I had to struggle and fight to manage the kids and maintain discipline in the class. Like any beginner, I too had doubts about continuing in that profession. As days went by, I discovered that these little kids have started conquering my heart with their innocence, love, and mischiefs. The doubts that I had slowly faded away and gradually got wiped off. There was a pleasure factor lingering while interacting with elementary school kids. They are deprived of vanity and flaunting is unknown to them. This movie is a perfect example for La Nouvelle Vague . The radical approach of filmmaking included, the famous jump cut techniques, usage of handheld cameras with his director of photography, Raoul Coutard and sometimes directing scenes without pre-planned scripts. Along with the other critics from the magazine Cahiers du Cinema  who turned into filmmakers, Godard experimented with the film form, earning him the title of Iconoclast in world cinema. As Richard Roud, the founder of the New York film festival classified the world cinema “There is the Cinema before Godard and the cinema after Godard.”
