ശരാശരി മനുഷ്യനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് അവന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ആഗ്രഹം ആയിരിക്കും ഒരു ജോലി നേടുക എന്നത്. പലപ്പോഴും വിദ്യാഭ്യസം പോലും തൊഴിലിനു വേണ്ടി "മാത്രം" ആയി മാറുന്നതും കാണാം. അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അടിസ്ഥാന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു വരുന്ന പലരിലും പുസ്തകത്തിൽ നിന്നും പഠിച്ചു വരുന്ന അറിവിന് അപ്പുറം വേറെ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല എന്നത് കാണാൻ കഴിയും. നാട്ടിലോ ജോലി സ്ഥലത്തോ ഒരു പ്രയാസം നേരിടുമ്പോൾ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മറ്റൊരു സഹജീവിയെ അന്യായമായി നിയമങ്ങൾ കൂച്ചുവിലങ്ങിടാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുമ്പോഴോ പ്രതികരിക്കുക പോയിട്ട് ഇരിക്കുന്ന ഇരിപ്പിടത്തിൽ നിന്ന് അനങ്ങുക പോലും ചെയ്യാൻ അറിയാത്ത ഒരു വിഭാഗം ആളുകളെ ആണ് ഇത്തരം സിസ്റ്റം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കുന്നത്.  സഹജീവി സ്നേഹം എന്നത് കേവലം ഗ്രേസ് മാർക്കുകൾക്കോ, കോഴ്സ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനോ വേണ്ടി മാത്രം ആയി മാറുന്നതാണ് പ്രശ്നം. കുട്ടികളിൽ ഭിന്നിപ്പ് പടർത്തുന്ന പല അധ്യാപകരും നമ്മുക്കിടയിലും ഉള്ളതായി കാണാം. അത്തരം ഉദാഹരണങ്ങൾ നാം കാണുന്നു. അതിനെതിരെ പ്രതികരിക്കാതെ മൗനം പാലിക്കുന്ന പലരുടെയും ജോലിയിലെ മികവ് ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ആവും. എന്താണ് "വിദ്യാഭ്യസം" എന്നതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന മൂല്യം എന്ന് പോലും പലപ്പോഴ

India does not advocate state-sponsored religion, nor does it have a national religion of any sort. India is home to citizens who have different religious affiliations. The principle of secularism allows them to practice and preach their religion.   The ideology of secularism does not allow a state-sponsored religion. Every citizen must equally be treated, and the state must not favor any one religion. One of the fundamental rights guaranteed is the right to freedom of religion; article 25-28. August 10, 2023 In India income tax is progressive in nature that means it increases with increase in income. The tax slab change overtime considering the fluctuations of inflation level. Gross tax revenue has increased by 10.4% based on the union budget 2023-24. The slab rate of income tax shows that with increase income an individual is shifting to highest slab. As a result, even an individual earn just above a certain threshold limit may find themselves subject to much higher tax rate on their entire income. In such situations finance act is allowing marginal relief as a relaxation to tax payers. The concept of marginal relief is applicable with surcharge in both old and new regime whereas with tax rebate u/s 87A in new regime only.
