കഴിഞ്ഞ 16 വർഷമായി സ്കൂൾ കലോത്സവ വേദികളിൽ ഭക്ഷണം വിളമ്പുന്ന കേരളത്തിലെ പാചക വിദഗ്ധൻ എന്ന നിലയിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന പഴയിടം മോഹനൻ നമ്പൂതിരി ഇനി കലോത്സവ വേദിയിൽ ഭക്ഷണം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന പണിക്ക് താനില്ലയെന്ന് ഇന്ന് മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ അറിയിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്.(8/01/23).കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരാഴ്ചയോളമായി സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയയിലും, മാധ്യമ രംഗത്തും പഴയിടത്തിന്റെ പാചകത്തെ കുറിച്ച് നടന്ന വിവാദങ്ങളാണ് ഈ തീരുമാനത്തിന് പിന്നിൽ. സ്കൂൾ കലോത്സവ വേദികളിൽ എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് സസ്യാഹാരം മാത്രം വിളമ്പുന്നത് , നോൺ വെജ് വേണ്ടവരില്ലേ എന്നതൊക്കെയാണ് വലിയ വിവാദങ്ങൾക്കും ചർച്ചകൾക്കും വഴി വെച്ചത്. അകത്തളത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള നീണ്ട വിളികേട്ട് ആമിനാത്ത ഓടി ചെന്ന് ന്താ മനുഷ്യ രാവിലെന്നെ... A few days ago, I got an opportunity to participate in the closing ceremony of the 27th Kerala International Film Festival at Trivandrum. That day I noticed an interesting thing, that is, the majority of the youth delegates hesitate to remove their id cards and they patrol Trivandrum town wearing this IFFK tag.  On the same day when I was on my way back to my room after attending a workshop at the university, I noticed a middle-aged government servant travelling in the public transport wearing his official id card with a blue tag. Review of the book I Too Had a Love Story by Ravinder Singh A software engineer turned novelist, Ravinder Singh rose to prominence when his autobiographical love story, "I Too Had a Love Story," became a best-seller on the national level. The love tale between Ravin and Khushi dominates this novel and stands out strongly. Ravin tells the tale with refreshing transparency, and the narrative effectively displays his sentiments and emotions. Given that this is a true tale, I have sympathy for the author. I recognize the motivation and feelings underlying Ravin's narrative, as well as the degree of bravery it must have required him to expose his most private thoughts to the world. Having said that, I find it difficult to ignore the writing style as an amateur writer. Although I can appreciate the author's decision to tell the narrative "as is," I think this would have been a much more enjoyable read if it had been more tightly edited.  ഞങ്ങൾ കൂട്ടുകുടുംബം ആയിട്ടാണ്  ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ഇടക്കെപ്പോഴോ ചിലർ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയിരുന്നു. പോയവരാരും പിന്നീട് തിരിച്ചുവന്നില്ല. എല്ലാവരുടെയും മുഖത്ത് ഒരുപോലെ സന്തോഷവും സങ്കടവും കാണാമായിരുന്നു. എല്ലാവരെയും കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ ആരൊക്കെയോ വരുമായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ കേട്ട മുത്തശ്ശിക്കഥകൾ സത്യമായി പുലർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു. ഒരിക്കൽ ഞാനും ഇറങ്ങേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് എന്നെ കൂട്ടാനും ആളു വരും എന്ന്. കുറച്ചു നേരത്തേക്കെങ്കിലും  എന്നെ പൊന്നുപോലെ നോക്കും എന്ന്. എങ്കിലും എനിക്ക് ആശങ്കയില്ലാതില്ല ! പോയവർ ആരും ഇതുവരെ തിരിച്ചു വന്നില്ല. പിന്നീട് ഉറക്കമില്ലാ രാത്രികൾ ആയി  ഉറക്കത്തിൽ എങ്ങാനും പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടു പോയാലോ... നിലാവുള്ള ഒരു രാത്രിയിൽ ഒരു കാൽപെരുമാറ്റം ആരൊക്കെയോ എന്നെ തിരയുന്നു. തലമുതിർന്ന ആരോ ചൊല്ലി:  "ഇന്ന് നിന്നെ കൂട്ടാൻ ആളു വരും ". ഞാൻ ഇല്ലെന്ന് ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളി ചെങ്കിലും ആരും ചെവിക്കൊണ്ടില്ല. അവസാനം....  സുഗന്ധപൂരിതമായ കൈകളിൽ ഞാൻ എത്തപ്പെട്ടു. അയാളുടെ തലോടൽ ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ചു. പലതും ചോദിക്കാൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും  ഒന്നിനും സാധിച്ചില്ല. എങ്കിലും കൂടെ പോയി. കാലം കടന്നു പോയി അയാൾ ഉറക്കത്തിലേ...

സ്ത്രീ ആയാലും പുരുഷൻ ആയാലും ഒരാൾ നോ പറയുന്നിടത്ത് നമ്മുടെ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യവും അവകാശവും അവസാനിക്കും എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കാനുള്ള അവബോധമാണ് നമ്മൾ ഓരോരുത്തരും വളർത്തിയെടുക്കേണ്ടത്... ഞാൻ ആശിക്കുന്നത് എല്ലാം നടക്കണം ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ എതിർഭാഗത്ത് നിൽക്കുന്നയാളെ ഞാൻ അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് കളയും എന്ന മനോനില ഒരു സമൂഹത്തിനാകെ അപകടകരമാണ്. ഇത്തരം മനോവൈകല്യങ്ങൾക്ക് കൃത്യമായ കൗൺസിലിങ്ങും തുടർ ചികിത്സകളും അനിവാര്യമാണ്. ഈ വൃത്തികേടുകളെ പ്രണയമാക്കുന്നതിലും വലിയ അശ്ലീലം വേറൊന്നില്ല. ചോര വീഴ്ത്തുന്ന ഇത്തരം ടോക്സിക് ബന്ധങ്ങളെ പോലും പ്രണയനൈരാശ്യം, പ്രണയകലഹം, പ്രണയപിന്മാറ്റം എന്നിങ്ങനെ ചില ഡെക്കറേഷനുകൾ കൊടുത്ത് അലങ്കരിക്കുന്ന നമ്മുടെ മാധ്യമങ്ങൾ അതിഭീകരം തന്നെ. പ്രണയം നിരസിച്ചാലോ പിന്മാറിയാലോ മരിക്കാൻ അവർ അർഹരാണ് എന്ന പരോക്ഷസൂചന നൽകുന്ന ഇത്തരം തലക്കെട്ടുകളാണ് ആദ്യം ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടത്. ഇതൊന്നും പെട്ടെന്ന് മാറുമെന്ന ദിവാസ്വപ്നം ഒന്നുമില്ല.  ഒരു പാട്രിയാർക്കിക്കൽ സമൂഹത്തിലെ രൂപപ്പെടലുകളേ അങ്ങനെയാണ്. ജനിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരുപക്ഷേ അതിന് മുമ്പേതൊട്ട് തുടങ്ങുന്ന സ്ത്രീ പുരുഷ വിവേചനങ്ങളിൽ തുടങ്ങുന്നു ഇതിൻ്റെ മൂലകാരണം. പെണ്ണിനെയും ആണിനെയും അടിമത്...

 കാലം തെറ്റിയിട്ടും  ഇടിപൊട്ടിയിട്ടും  പിന്നെയും മാനം കറുത്തു... തെളിഞ്ഞു... പിന്നെയും ചോരിചൊരിഞ്ഞു  അളവറ്റ വെള്ളം.... ആർച്ചുലച്ചുഒഴികിയപ്പോഴും  മാനം പറഞ്ഞു ... നീ ഒരിക്കൽ ഞാനായിരുന്നു... എന്നിലെ തുള്ളികൾ നീ ആയപ്പോൾ അതിൽ മണ്ണുകളർന്നു  പച്ചയായ മണ്ണ് നിനക്കേകി  ചുവപ്പു നിറം... നീ എപ്പോൾ കത്തിജ്വലിക്കുന്നു രുദ്രഭാവത്താൽ  വല്ലാതെ ചുവന്നിരിക്കുന്നു... നാടും വഴിയും വിട്ടൊഴുകി നീ... ഭാവമൊട്ടുമാറാതെ  കാലമെത്ര കഴിഞ്ഞെന്നറിയുമോ? എന്നിട്ടും നീ മാത്രമിപ്പോഴും  ചുവന്നിരിക്കുന്നു... അതിലെത്ര സ്വപ്ങ്ങൾ എരിഞ്ഞുപോയി എത്രെയധികം... വാനവർണ്ണങ്ങൾ നിറഞ്ഞൊരീ  സ്വപനത്തിൽ  അവിടെ ഉണ്ട് ഞാനിപ്പോഴും  നീ ഒരിക്കൽ ഞാനായിരുന്നു...  ഒരിക്കലും നിലക്കാത്ത മഴയായ് കാലം തെറ്റിയിട്ടും പെയ്തൊഴിയാതെ വർഷമായി  നീ എന്നിലിപ്പോഴും ബാക്കിയായി...     വർഷം 2008, MES മമ്പാട് കോളേജിൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന സമയത്താണ് താമറിനെ    പരിജയപ്പെടുന്നദ് . അതെ വര്ഷം തന്നെ മാസ്സ് കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷൻ കോഴ്‌സിനാണ് താമർ ജോയിൻ ചെയ്ദത് . എല്ലാവരോടും നല്ല സൗഹൃധം , പെട്ടെന്ന് ആളുകളുമായി ബന്ധം സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന പ്രകൃതം . ആദ്യ വര്ഷം തന്നെ തന്റെ ഡോക്യുമെന്ററി ഫിലിം കോളേജ് ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിൽ പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു . “SCRAP” , എന്നായിരുന്നു ഷോർട് ഫിലിമിന്റെ പേര് , തന്റെ കൂടെയുള്ളവരും ക്യാമ്പ്‌സും എല്ലാമായിരുന്നു പ്രമേയം . ഒരു വലിയ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഡയറക്ടർ ആവുക എന്ന ലക്ഷത്തിലേക്കായിരുന്നു അവന്റെ കാൽവെപ്പ് . പഠന ശേഷം ദുബൈയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു ജോലിയും മറ്റു കാര്യങ്ങളും . അടിനടയിൽ '72 KG’, എന്ന ഷോർട്ഫിലിം പുറത്തിറങ്ങി ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQtIh 8 htZpU ). പൂർണമായും samsung galaxy note 5 ഇൽ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ച ഫിലിം വളരെയേറെ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് . ദുബായിൽ നടന്ന ഷെയ്ഖ് മൻസൂർ ഷോർട് ഫിലിം ഫെസ്റ്റിവലിൽ ( ദുബായ് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ...
